Refund Policy

Refund method and timing

  • If you return an item in good condition or cancel your order, you will receive an immediate refund.

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within the Refund Timeline. (see below)

  • Orders paid with a gift card will be refunded with a new digital gift card and emailed directly to the email address on file for the order.

  • Returns on orders paid partially with a gift card will have the gift card balance refunded in full before refunding the credit card on file.

  • We reserve the right to deny resellers the benefit of our returns and refund policy, and we may charge a restocking fee in certain cases. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details.

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you immediately for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item or receive STORE CREDIT.

For returns by mail

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 business days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

If you opt for STORE CREDIT or exchange of product you will receive these no later than 24 hours after REFUND is processed.

Returned Timeline

When your return arrives at the warehouse, we’ll have to do a quality check. Because of this, it takes up to 5 business days to process your return. You’ll receive an email once we initiate your refund.

You’ll receive your refund within 30 days once we’ve processed your return in the warehouse.

BabyNowUSA e-gift card / Store Credit

If the customer used a gift card and a credit card to complete the purchase, the gift card is refunded first.

Choosing the BabyNowUSA e-gift card is the fastest way to receive your refund. You’ll receive the gift card via email immediately after we’ve processed your return at the warehouse.

The gift card is valid for 1 year and is immediately ready for use. You can use it for online or in-store purchases – you don’t have to use the entire amount at once. Want to share the e-gift card with a friend? Go for it!

Klarna

You’ll be reimbursed within 6 days it depends on your financial institution (typically 5-7 business days).

Afterpay

You’ll be reimbursed to the card that was used to make the payments. Once processed, the money can take up to 10 business days to be returned to your card/s, depending on your financial institution.

Refund and Transaction Fees

Processing fee refunds vary between payment processors (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Klarna).

PLEASE NOTE: BabyNowUSA doesn’t refund processing fees.

Additional Conditions

We kindly ask you to also meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original state and packaging.

  • Apparel has the original tags attached.

  • Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.

  • Footwear is in the original shoe box.

  • Please note that we are unable to accept any right of withdrawal from you for customised & personal items as these are made uniquely for you. These items can only be returned to us if there is a manufacturing defect.

  • For products with a protective polythene lining: If the protective lining has been removed, the product cannot be returned or exchanged due to health protection reasons.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We only accept unopened, unused items in their original packaging or clothing items with tags still attached qualifiable by our WARRANTY policy.

Shrink-wrapped or sealed products that have been opened and/or removed from original packaging may not be returned, unless it is defective, in which case it can be exchanged only for the same product.

Magazines, newspapers, used books and shipping fees are not returnable or exchangeable.

Digital content, including eBooks, audiobooks, digital magazines and newspapers, Access Codes, gift cards, and shrink-wrapped items that have been opened, are not returnable.

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; you may receive a full or partial refund for any unused/unredeemed portion of the subscription.

  • Third party subscriptions are non refundsble by BABYNOWUSA and will be according to the Third Parties’s discretion. 

Bulk orders of 50 or more copies are non-returnable and considered FINAL SALE.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are designated as final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. The product page indicates whether an item is a final sale item. For example, Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges for safety reasons.

However, if your product is defective and you are legally entitled to a refund, you may contact our customer service to start the return process and receive a refund via gift card. 

How to exchange an item

Everything you exchange should be in its original state and packaging. Make sure you don’t cut off tags if there are any.

Start an exchange on our website or the app and follow the instructions. You’ll receive all the details you need before dropping off your package at the drop-off point.

Make sure to drop off your parcel within 10 days after letting us know you want to exchange the item. Exchange with the carrier that’s mentioned on your exchange label to avoid costs.

Restrictions

You can only exchange an item once. If it still isn’t to your liking, you can return the item and order something else.

Personalized items

Unique items, created specifically for you, cannot be exchanged. Is there a manufacturing defect? Please reach out to us.

Limited items

Limited items cannot be exchanged. If the item is not to your liking, consider returning it (within 14 days after receiving your order) and reordering it in a different size or color.
