Pick Up & Delivery

Pickup

In-Store Estimated Pick-Up  are valid for orders placed online  before 9:30 p.m the prior day. Items will be ready for pickup from  9:00 a.m. ET or an estimated twelve hours from point of purchase.

If your order is placed after 9:30 p.m. ET, the Estimated Pick-Up time noted on your Order Confirmation email is not guaranteed and could vary. Once your order has been placed your Confirmation email will include the confirmed Estimated Pick-Up time.

Delivery

if it is not convenient for you to pick up your packages, we can have it delivered to you using available shipping companies.

Delivery coverage includes all Caribbean islands and will arrive an estimated 6 to 10 days after purchase.

Please note that all deliveries to Tobago and very remote parts of Trinidad are done via UPS, generally within 4-5 working days.
